More than 8 years of professional experience in management consulting and business in Jordan and the entire Middle East region with extensive focus in organizational development and strategy, public sector reform, human capital and market research.

Prior to that, I was a consultant at Jordan's Ministry of Public Sector Development in the Streamlining Unit, the Ministry responsible for reforming and restructuring Jordan Governmental Institutions and Ministries. I participated in a lot of restructuring projects including the streamlining of Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Agriculture and much more. Additionally, I was assigned as a project leader for creating a governmental database containing all kinds of information for more than 100 governmental institutions.
Additionally, I worked as a Business Development Officer at Shaheen Business and Investment Group for approximately two years to develop new business and investment opportunities for the group.
Previous to that, I had a great professional experience working as a Management Consultant for two years. I gained enormous experience in providing consulting services to governmental and private organizations to assist them in analyzing problems and opportunities and proposing the best suitable solutions and recommendations to their problems. During that, I was exposed to different consulting methodologies such Human Resources Management, Business Process Outsourcing, Business Process Reengineering, and Organizational Restructuring.
I am a harder worker engineer with excellent communication and analytical skills and deep thinking skills.
I hold a Master degree in Engineering Management from Syracuse University- NY, USA with a GPA of 3.81 out of 4.0.
